Job description
Help us build sustainable success
ONE-Dyas B.V. is always on the lookout for great people to join us on our journey to near-zero. We know that our success in the energy transition is powered by people. And we value our talented and motivated employees accordingly.
Our ambitious plans for expansion are opening up exceptional opportunities for
professionals who share our commitment to innovation, technical excellence, and responsible business practices.
We are now looking for an ESG controller (reporting manager)
First, let’s quickly provide some context. Since you’re interested in both sustainability and the energy transition, you probably know about the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD).
We will have to comply with CSRD from 2025.We are always working in transparency, and so will you. You, as our new ESG Controller, will help us to deliver on these goals working.
It's a new, hands-on role because of the new CSRD report – and it will play an essential part on our journey to increased transparency around material sustainability topics for ONE-Dyas. You will lead the preparation and implementation of CSRD-compliant and other sustainability reporting for a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. That means working with various departments to collect, review and consolidate data points and, as you go, establishing an adequate audit trail for material sustainability topics.
You’ll develop a reporting best practice to meet the assurance requirements of external auditors. Ensure reports are delivered accurately on time and tailored to the needs of our stakeholders. And building networks to make sure we continue to stay up-to-date, correctly interpret the regulatory standards and align with best practices.
In short, you will be the internal focal point for all external regulations relating to sustainability reporting. Yes, it’s an exciting challenge. Yet it promises to be equally motivating and just as rewarding.
And what about us?
ONE-Dyas is the largest privately owned upstream oil and gas company in The Netherlands, with a growing portfolio of energy transition projects, including renewably powered gas developments, CCS and green hydrogen. We’re bold, ambitious, and entrepreneurial. At the same time, we’re a real team that works closely together.
We’re always open to new ideas, enjoy the freedom to organise our own work, and value diversity. Above all, we put people at the heart of everything we do, providing equal opportunities to all our colleagues and doing everything we can to take good care of them.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join us at an exciting yet challenging time as we continue to develop the processes that support our shift to near-zero production. If you’re driven by the idea of creating a better, more sustainable future, ONE-Dyas might just be the place for you.
